MET Roam MIPS MTB Helmet
The MET Roam MIPS® helmet is designed for all-mountain and enduro. Whether you ride Enduro or E-MTB, for both you need special impact protection. Thanks to the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, the MET Roam is floating on the head and effectively diverts the rotational forces that occur in the event of a fall from the head.
MIPS head protection system: MIPS-C2® technology separates the shell and liner by a thin plastic layer called Low Friction Layer (LFL). This LFL, attached with four rubber elastomers, allows the helmet to float on the head and effectively deflects rotational forces from the head in the event of a fall.
Greater head coverage: The back of the head and temples are extremely sensitive areas and require special protection. For this reason, we have increased the coverage of these areas without unnecessarily increasing the weight.
- Adjustable visor: With three visor positions, the MET Roam Mips is suitable for all goggles and glasses available on the market.
- Flexible visor: The injection molded visor is designed to be flexible, so it won't break in the event of a crash and helps deflect damaging rotational forces from the neck.
- Goggle clips: Thanks to the goggle clips on the visor and a goggle strap guide in the back of the helmet, the MET Roam Mips is compatible with all commercially available goggles and glasses.
- Action cam compatible: A special channel milled in the EPS shell provides perfect compatibility between the straps of action cam mounts and the pads in the helmet, under the top vents.
- Ventilation: 20 vents and a sophisticated system of ventilation channels in the inner shell ensure optimal airflow throughout the helmet.
- 360° circumferential headband
